OK, here’s the scoop on the us in About Us. We’re a group of seven highly vocal, exceedingly brilliant middle-agers, men and women, with opinions on everything from a great design-your-own pizza recipe to what we like about Rachel Maddow to just how difficult it is to get a new relationship going and why. We’re not always right, of course. Sometimes, in fact, we’re stupendously wrong and strong about it.

Some of us are in relationships, while others are looking, experimenting, and dating. Or not. There are those taking a time out from the whole meet-greet-run thing. We’re in the health field, education game, sales, and we like to read, cook, dance, hike, sail, run, blab, jabber, provoke, poke, prod, advise, and quip. Sometimes we yell; other times we cry and yes, there are whiners, but not for long.

One thing we do have in common is a zest for the stuff in life that inspires and makes for adventure. Not one of us can be called sedate. Passive ain’t in our vocabulary.
